Project Assessments and Oversight   We can provide you with truly independent oversight.  Whether you ask us to assess a project that you believe might be in trouble (see below), participate in occasional oversight of a critical project, function as a member of a project steering committee or provide an independent PMI certified Project Manager on site, we give you the appropriate level of assistance required to ensure your consulting engagement is on track and conforming to the contract you've negotiated.

Troubled Project Intervention   We can determine if -- and why -- a project is off track.  If a problem is found, we can develop a rational approach -- using our experience and proprietary client-centric best practices for dealing with consultants -- to help you correct the situation and get your project back on track.

Mediation and Arbitration   Sometimes, despite your best efforts, things don't happen as anticipated.  If you find yourself in a situation where the consultant you've engaged is not performing as expected we can step in and help bring the situation to a peaceful conclusion.

Expert Witness   Occasionally, relations with an individual consulting team or a consulting firm have deteriorated to the point that you feel that legal action is warranted.  In that case, we utilize proprietary forensic project management techniques to come to an independent determination of the facts.  In such cases, we are available to provide client-side expert witness services.
